- AMAleyna MyaaAug 4, 20251.0Very rude over the phone, a lady named Tamra or Tammy kept telling me we were going in a loop over and over after I accidentally gave a wrong account number and they wouldn’t allow me to give the correct number . Had told me nothing existed under my name. When I got there and talked to somebody they had told me more information. I simply just wanted to know if I had an account ever before. Didn’t ask how to spell my name and said they had all my information when I didn’t give it to them. It’s not right to treat anybody like that. Everyone else inside was kind. Tamra’s boss was rude as well.
