I got complete opposite results. Neil had great communication throughout the process, was not afraid to ask questions, and prepped my taxes within days even when time was not on their side. Peg put her ultimate stamp of approval on it as well. They gave me great peace of mind along with providing feedback and things I even learned that my previous CPA guy did not think to bother asking. To my added benefit, they are helping me get a good chunk of change back and gave future recommendations I will take advantage of. If you want someone and a team that wants to make doing your taxes simple and also take care of you long term, look no further!
