  Liked going here for taxes but last time was HORRIBLE. My tax return was a third of what it normally is and when I reached out to ask for some clarification I was ignored multiple times. I tried calling, I tried emailing Chris, and NO RESPONSE. Dont waste your time going somewhere where they dont have time to help their clients. Pretty ridiculous to pay $120 for taxes to be done and then they go out of their way to ignore you

  Both Tim and Chris operate with no trace of competence, credibility, or integrity. They’ve made countless mistakes on my taxes in years past, blame me, and refuse to fix them. They’re incapable of communicating like normal humans. Their office is unkept and disorganized. I recommend going anywhere else.

  Army Post accounting does a great job. They are reasonably priced. I have been going to them for almost 20 years and referred many of my friends to them. Chris is the person who files my taxes. It is nice that when I have an appointment, I am seen on or before my scheduled appointment unlike H&R block where more times than not I would not be seen until 30-45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The other great thing about Army post accounting is that they are open all year round. If I have tax questions like how are tax deferred retirement accounts like IRAs taxed after I retire. If I have questions about capital gains taxes, taxes on inherited assets or more, I can call Army post accounting and get the answers I need.
