- RLRobert LeveneJun 22, 20261.0The manager is Bret is very rude. He needs to be fired. He does not know what he’s doing. I went And set up For another pay on signer of checks, he screwed it all up. Then we deposited a check and deposited back into the peoples check. It came from not even in my account. He doesn’t know what he’s doing. I went and set up Bank in the box, he screwed it all up had to redo. It spent 2 1/2 hours and it was still screwed up from this day. It is still screwed up. I had to go in there today just to tell them that they put the check back into the customer’s account and not into my account. How stupid are they and we spend hours of our time for them just to screw things up I’ve had that bank account since great Western over 25 years and now it’s interstate bank, which is going way downhill. They can’t afford their employees or something to get decent ones but that manager in council bus needs to be fired. He does not know what he’s doing and then hanging up on people and not answering phone calls for nobody. You have to go in there and waste your time on their screwup about to pull everything out out of my account and go to US Bank they seem to have their head on

I called and reported to law enforcement. law enforcement and I together working in unison could not get through to First Interstate Bank to cancel the card. Over two hours we called and were met with automation and then transferred to another number only to meet a dead end. Meanwhile it was learned the stolen card was used!!! Absolutely unacceptable! This is not bad customer service it is horrible service. Equivalent to no service at all. I never ever leave reviews but this one was deserving
