  My card was stolen after hours. I called and reported to law enforcement. law enforcement and I together working in unison could not get through to First Interstate Bank to cancel the card. Over two hours we called and were met with automation and then transferred to another number only to meet a dead end. Meanwhile it was learned the stolen card was used!!! Absolutely unacceptable! This is not bad customer service it is horrible service. Equivalent to no service at all. I never ever leave reviews but this one was deserving

  Not anything bad for this Branch itself. But my online bankingBut my online banking hadBut my online banking had beenBut my online banking had been hackedBut my online banking had been hacked last yearBut my online banking had been hacked last year inBut my online banking had been hacked last year in October or SeptemberBut my online banking had been hacked last year in October or September.But every time I call them to get it fixedFraud department has to tell them to tell me who I gave my online log in to which is no body. Aa soon as I get a different bank I will be shutting down my account with them. I can not keep going in to negative because I can't log on to my mobile app and Ive gone negative to mamy times and they don't care or seem to want to help figure anything out.

  Closed out my "free" checking account and was charged a $10 service fee. To add insult to injury I was charged $.70 tax on the service fee. If I could leave less than one star I would. Long time account holder with the bank before it was Great western, got my first home loan through this bank before it was Great Western. All was good till it switched over to Great Western. Save yourself money bank elsewhere.
