Much Mahalo to the Waialae branch for helping me when I needed it the most. This is no corporate styled bank this local people who understand local people. Hawaii usa fcu is my "go to" bank super convenient and you can use BOH Atms also.

Jordan broke everything down for us and made sure we understood everything we were signing and that he took care of everything we wanted from the credit union. He was also very kind and we enjoyed talking with him. We enjoyed him so much, we tried to give him money- which he kindly refused. He’s a stand up guy! Definitely recommend this branch, company and employees!
