- MYMaiv YajSep 3, 20251.0Stop at the winder branch with my mother to get a certificate notarized and the staff told that she couldn’t notarized for us because I’m not a member but on the form it was written in first person to be sign by my mom who is their member. As I tried to explain to her she just shook her head and said no.

Now i went on the weekends and gosh short handed! 1 for consultant and 2 in the teller! Really! They should put more on the weekend rather than weekdays! Waited 30 minutes or so just to talk to the rep. They need to do better scheduling!

I love that when we go in the Winder and Athens branches they know myself and my son on a first name basis, not just one employee but several. They always go out of their way to help with anything I have questions or concerns about. Wes at the corporate office is extremely service oriented and always helpful, and Gloria at the Athens location is fantastic, always happy to help at any moment.
