- JJJames4 days ago2.0I was very unhappy with the service I put money in the bank and can't even get some out I deposit my money in the bank and they tell you that that you're going to be able to get it out the next business day which has been 4 days now and I still haven't got my money as they say that it's going to be tomorrow
- WWWilliamSep 3, 20261.0Back office is a bunch of lazy inconsiderate people don't deposit any checks there instead of notifying you of any problems or calling the number on the front of the check that says if any banks have a problem call this number right on the front of it they just oh well we'll send it back not realizing that was someone's tax refund and they've been waiting on it for months now they have to wait another 6 weeks all they had to do was call no email no call nothing just send back not our problem

Especially Jessica in the drive-in window I see her a lot me and Michael Foster. she is very nice and noticeable of others whether it be your hair, your car , your nails… etc…. (All the small things) she’s very friendly She always ask us about our day . I have been banking here for 35 years when it was Community and southern, First National… etc… I’m glad you guys are still there for us is very convenient right here in the heart of downtown Tallapoosa.
