I booked a specific appointment in advance to open a business checking account for my company. Upon arriving at the bank, it was revealed that the business banking representative was absent from the job. Even worse, no one at the bank had the courtesy to call, text, or email me to inform me of this before my appointment, resulting in a wasted trip and a major delay for my business operations. This level of disorganization is unacceptable for a major bank, and I expected much better communication. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The behavior of Vishnu Priya and Neetu was unprofessional and lacked the courtesy expected in a customer-facing role. Instead of being helpful, they appeared dismissive and uninterested, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Additionally, they seemed unknowledgeable about the services and were unable to provide clear or accurate information. I had to repeatedly ask questions, yet the responses were vague and unhelpful. As a customer, I expect professionalism, respect, and proper guidance, none of which were demonstrated in this interaction. I hope the bank takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and improved customer service moving forward.
