I don't know why the rating on google map is so low, but those bad reviews must be about other people who are no longer working at this branch. I've been here several times already and love doing business with everyone here.

One example, I'm having an issue that requires me to get canceled checks on a closed account dating back to 2016 to present (painful). I made an appointment with Ms Tara and went in with my organized stock of papers for over the last 6 years. She sat with me and we went thru and found the checks that's needed. Being that it was that much and the fact that she wasn't able to print copies that was beyond a certain date, she told me it would take some time bc she'll have to go thru them 1 by 1 when making the request (and btw the process was tedious, it's not just having a check #). Well she called me and I went by today and picked up my package of canceled checks. If that's not going above and beyond for her clients then I don't know what is. Thanks Tara!!!!!! You and your ladies (her staff) are just AWESOMEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!
