- LBLenny BrausinSep 2, 20245.0I applied for a personal loan on line I got approved and was told to just come to the bank to sign the peppers and that was it, the day of my appointment wich I thought it was just to sign the papers I was told that I was supposed to drop off before that day some papers but when they called me to let me know I just need to go and sign the peppers they never mentioned that so i told Sara Eunjoo that I didn't know and that I took time off from work to stop by and sign the peppers and also the closest PNC to me it was 40 minutes very politely she replied let me call and see what I can do. She not only called she took the time to do everything possible to help me sign the peppers and get the loan. So this 5 ⭐ is for SARA EUNJOO thank you very much for your help. PNC needs more employees like you

One sat down and looked down while the other stayed on the phone. A Caucasian family walked in behind me and they were greeted with a hello and we will be right with you. Thento add insult to injury a white man walked in and stood in line. The gentleman said how may I help you. He said I need to make deposit. I politely said I was here first. I get the no he was here first. I'm trying to see how is this when he walked in behind the other family. Posses beyond measure right now.
