She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure all of my questions were answered. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the experience smooth and stress-free. PNC is very fortunate to have someone like her representing the bank. Before each step they took, they informed me for all details. All though all staff were suave, Gillian Gardener and Yoel Rodriguez helped me. I think I have found my bank and branch.

- TTTiffanyJun 17, 20173.0I Love the staff at this PNC. They are always friendly and give great customer service. The issue that I have is on Saturdays. All of the other PNC locations closed on Saturdays so If I need to make a deposit and change for 1 of 7 clinics that I manage, then this is the place I go. I typically plan at least 30 minutes. This time my patience was a little thin so 50 minutes was a bit too long for me. That ladies working were super friendly and short staffed. They definitely need to be staffed with 4 people at this branch on Saturdays. 2 is unacceptable. Try pulling some from the other locations that closed. Then if you have a call out or family emergency, you are still running with 3 people. This is the main reason that I won't open a personal account with PNC- there are more convenient banks out there. Probably won't be visiting anymore Saturdays here. The owner opened an account a different bank so I can start using them when needed.
