  I have done a lot of banking business with Verniece. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and gives great advice. She is the reason I do business at Statham. She is wonderful all around. I visit Andrea in the drive thru multiple times a week. She is quick, friendly, and so sweet. Miss Angela… I love her so much! She’s hilarious and she’s so caring. I hope she never leaves this branch. Statham branch OZK is amazing all round.

  I’m not much of a review writer but I wanted to acknowledge the exceptional service my Husband and I got at Bank OZK in Statham. We had such a wonderful experience opening our new account with Vernice! She took care of everything efficiently and professionally, but what really stood out was how warm, friendly, and personable she was. My husband and I ended up laughing and chatting with her throughout the whole process, and somehow she made opening a bank account genuinely fun. Who knew a mundane adult chore could be so exciting? Vernice was an absolute joy to work with, and we truly appreciated how welcoming and helpful she was. Bank OZK is lucky to have someone like her representing them! Give that girl a raise!!!!

  This has always been my Bank since it was The Peoples Bank back in the day! Charlotte in the Statham Branch is the Best! Always Smiling, Friendly and Helpful!!! I highly recommend doing Business with them!

  The ladies at this branch are the most professional, polite, and friendliest people you would ever want to serve you at a bank. They certainly could be used as the standard for customer service at a bank!
