Even someone from the Lawrenceville Hwy branch said they have heard the same complaint. We only continue to come because it's closer but I prefer the Lawrenceville Hwy branch.

I always tell them how appreciate I am for this branch I have had a pleasant experience with PNC in multiple states and over the phone as well they balance being personal professional and Prompt so well excellent customer service in a day and age where many places don't seem to care value or provide that service anymore 10/10 recommend I have also witnessed the Millue be respectful and patient to elderly also and that means a lot to me
