Prior to that I called to verify paperwork had arrived and they were very unorganized trying to find it. I am here for a one time service a defiantly will not be opening an account or doing any future business with PNC.

- LHLin HolcombMar 26, 20132.0This is an awful bank in general but PNC in Smyrna is particularly poor. The Branch does not have enough people on sight to process deposits and when I complained several times they closed my firms account. Yes just getting rid of customers to keep their compliant ratio low seems to be the norm. (note I never bounced a check until they screwed up the balance while closing the account, the account always had at least a $1000 balance. Karla (branch manager) is difficult to deal with and her boss is in her back pocket. I would not make any deosits here. Only one employee at this branch actually understands customer service the others are worthless as is the "executive response team." A major mistake for my business to use them Lin Holcomb President FeastSAFE LLC. I am just thankful we did not move out personal accounts as was requested over and over and over. I wish I had moved it as soon as the bank was taken over from PNC as I first thought I would. Always go with your first inclination. Run dont walk away from this bank and branch.
