I Came to the bull street downtown location to get a cashiers check and was told although the money was in my account I could not do a cashiers check. I informed her that I recieved a cashier check from the other branch located on Mall Blvd, with same day transaction, no issue. She asked me if I knew the banker, I told her I did not. She told me it takes a full day to be able to do a cashier check. With a money transfer same day. I then called customer service to ask the policy on the situation, explained the situation and they said I was most definitely able to so a cashier check same day as deposit. I then went to the bank on mall Blvd asked for a cashier check. I recieved one with no problem. I am not exactly sure why I couldn't get service at bull street location or if it was just the banker herself. I wish I had a name. In any case I had to drive 20 mins across down to the same bank different location better results.
