Honestly it’s not terrible, but definitely need to work on answering phones . Tried to call for over an hour but I guess since it’s the end of the day no one wants to do their jobs . I would make them a second bank option not primary!

I do not personally bank here, but I go here to pay on my grandfathers HELOC. The staff knows me by name and they always greet me with a smile. Only had one incident where a teller (I think she was new). Had trouble trying to process a principle only payment for me and I had to come back to get it properly adjusted.
