Then, when they have a broken atm at their bank (like last night 6/12/26) and you are forced you to use another atm, you will not only have to pay the fee from the third party ATM, but Ozk charged me another $2.50 for not using their atm. This bank is a joke and the workers have not been helpful any time I've had questions.

Nice yes but extremely unknowledgeable 🥴 I would never have a checking or savings here. I want to leave them but I don't want to pay new refinance charges.
