  I went into this PNC branch to stop payment on a cashier’s check that had been misdelivered by USPS. After spending about 30 minutes on the phone with PNC Customer Service, I was specifically directed to visit a local branch to sign the necessary documents and complete the process. When I arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the banker who initially assisted me. I thought everything was going smoothly until Kimberly, the Branch Manager, stopped the process. She never spoke with me directly, but instead instructed her staff to tell me that I needed to contact the PNC branch in Pennsylvania where the cashier’s check had originally been issued. That was not a practical option since I am currently in Norcross, which is exactly why PNC Customer Service had arranged for me to handle the matter at a local branch. I ultimately left frustrated and drove to another PNC branch on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, only about two miles away. Kayla and Matt handled the exact same request professionally and efficiently, completing the entire process in less than 20 minutes. I greatly appreciated Kayla and Matt’s professionalism, competence, and willingness to help. Unfortunately, the level of unhelpfulness demonstrated by Kimberly at this branch was astounding, especially considering that her own staff had been willing and prepared to assist me. Based on my experience, I would recommend driving the extra two miles to the Peachtree Industrial branch, where the management demonstrated that they actually cared about resolving the customer’s problem.

  PNC Bank is the best. My husband and I have had personal and business accounts for over 8 years now and I am very pleased with the service and customer programs. Matthew Williams has been very attentive and guided me to get the desired requirements as quickly and efficiently as possible! He is great! Come to pnc Bank 5130 Peachtree Pkwy, Peachtree Corners when you need to open an account, All the staff here are very enthusiastic and experienced. you will not be disappointed!

  Great if you need an ATM. Bad if you need conventional teller services like a simple withdrawal. They have iPads where there would be deposit/withdrawal slips. Well one iPad, one was missing. I guess that's where I process a withdrawal? Except i still have to sit and wait for a banker to get a roll of quarters? Using technology that doesn't make things easier isn't hip or progressive. It's just annoying. Sit down with the banker and they essentilly take that opportunity to review your account and cross sell other uncompetitive bank products. 10 minutes of my life I will never get back. I just walked outside and used the ATM. Maybe I can exchange it into quarters at the gas station. I won't go into another branch unless I absolutely have too. It's probably not unique to PNC, its a dying business model grasping at straws.
