  It all started since past couple of year, PNC's customer service is getting worse and worse, they constantly short of staff, changing staff, and some comom banking like wire funds or open account only one or two staff can handle. Today, I have to go to three branches, wasted over an hour to find a branch with manager onsite to complete wire. And I had been with PNC more than 15 years. Sad to see the service quality down to the hill! Be fair, all banking service were down to the bottom since Pandemic, some improved, others still think they can get by with minimal customer service.

  In reading the reviews, it seems like people have had varied experiences here. I can say undoubtedly that my experience at this particular branch was fantastic! I came in late after work (close to their closing time) to open a new account (they had a bonus offer) and Edward and his supervisor David were willing to see me, even though it would mean they weren't going to be able to leave on time. I felt bad, but they definitely went out of their way to make the process simple and seamless. They even troubleshot some issues with the promotion to get it straightened out. I was literally the only customer in the nice and quiet building, so can't relate to some of the other comments here. After setting up the account, I used the automated teller other people reported issues with. I did not have any problems doing it and it seemed fast and easy to do. This is the 21st century, so I don't think I'd fault a facility for including new technology to help with deposits, which allow employees to work virtually. I suppose this could create issues in specific situations, but everything went seemless for me (I was just depositing a check). The promotion and 1-year interest rate they offered are what drew me in, and I felt like the employees went up and beyond for me, and would recommend this location without hesitation. I have not used PNC bank, so I'll have to see what my experience is like over the coming year. Will update this if I run into issues with the bank itself, but that would not change my initial experience at this location with David and Edward.

  I feel so welcome every time I visit Peachtree corner PNC. Very warm friendly atmosphere with all staff there..very professional and knowledgeable about services investment and business..thank you for all that you do for our community.

  Nothing but pleasant experiences with this branch…Friendly, fast and courteous service. Banked with PNC for over 15 years now and so glad they have an awesome presence in Atlanta and surrounding areas.
