- SSShantanu SangwanApr 15, 20265.0Had a wonderful experience right from the moment I stepped in. The whole staff at the branch was welcoming. Didn't have an appointment but the staff person still attended me, listened to my request and put me in the queue. Didn't had to wait long, Lisa was very thorough in explaining me the process and time frame for my request. Walked out a happily attended customer in less than 30 mins. Unfortunately I'm bad at names, but everyone on the staff were helpful and welcoming. Excellent management.

Now I found out they froze my account without telling me, I have a huge IRS payment , My rent payment Was not accepted, and I found out that I will not get my money back until April 16. I ve called several times to speak with the manager, Abigail, I was left on hold for 20 min. No ever got Back with me I called 2 & 3 times Left several messages. Abigail Never got back with Me. Needless to say Abigail if you read this I need my money before April 16.
