We have banked with PNC for many years and needed notary services. We called and made an appointment, even verified later that we had an appointment, went to the appointment and then we were told that they couldn’t notarize our document. It was frustrating because we had double checked and the branch manager said it was because of a new employee “who didn’t know.” But we engaged with multiple employees, and under a time constraint, so it was a rotten situation and frustrating because we did not feel like valued customers. Went straight to Truist Bank and it was all handled professionally and easily in 15 minutes.
