I now work in Newnan though and have to say the branch location is the most ridiculous I've ever seen! Besides not having any drive thru windows. Street parking is virtually non existent,what few spaces there are are always taken, and there is no parking lot whatsoever
- CSChris SewellJul 4, 20265.0Bank OZK currently has the Best interest rates on CDs. So, my wife and I went to the downtown Newnan, Ga. Branch to invest some money. Being the first time we have banked here, we were very impressed. The staff was very friendly and very professional. They made our paperwork simple, easy, and quick! Also, the bank's interior is beautifully decorated like a bank from 1850 old West (or maybe Newnan?). Old photos of Newnan's historic square adorn the walls. Rought iron grates at eack teller window, and pressed tins cover the ceiling. The banks appearance is old fashioned, but their modern technology makes your banking needs streamlined.The staffs appeal is small town, friendly, and very personal. Just what you want and need! I'd like to thank Lauren Key for helping us with our banking needs. She made everything simple, answered all our questions, explained the details of our transaction and was so very nice! My only complaint about our new Bank OZK, is the automated A.I. phone system. (Ugh!) It takes 5 minutes + to "talk with a human", at your branch! But, Mrs. Key explained, that you can say the word "TELLER" when prompted, and then it will quickly take you to someone at this branch! Looking forward to banking with Bank OZK! Thanks for your time.
