    This bank has always treated me great I would recommend this bank to anyone Miss Patti at the Marietta branch is the best the girls at the Smyrna are wonderful also wouldn't bank anywhere else

    I've banked with four predecessor banks for SouthState and the service has become INTOLLERABLE. I own a large consulting firm in the Atlanta area and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone or get a request. I am in the process of moving my business. This has been an AWFUL experience with SouthState.

    My expectation from any bank is that I be able to check my account online. I have been locked out of my account for over a week. I can't reset it online because their archaic systems don't respond to gmail accounts! They don't have a call center that can assist you when it is convenient for their customers and even when you do get a hold of their employees they don't send you the information you need! Their online platform is atrocious.
