- ARA RJun 21, 20231.0I’ve been a long time PNC customer, but their service has gone down. Don’t bother making an appointment, because you’ll end up waiting 30 minutes for a 5 minute consultation. Absolutely ridiculous. I was about to walk out when they called me in. I will be changing banks, that has better service and more value for my time.
