  I received an unsolicited marketing call from my local PNC branch, presented in a friendly “thank you for being a customer” tone, followed by an attempt to schedule an appointment to discuss my finances. I found this extremely inappropriate. When a bank calls from a local branch number, customers are likely to answer because they assume the call may involve an account issue, fraud concern, document matter, or something genuinely important. Using that trust and existing customer relationship as an opening for a sales conversation feels manipulative. I do not appreciate my bank contacting me under the guise of relationship-building in order to market financial services. Banking relationships require trust, discretion, and respect for boundaries. This call did the opposite. I asked not to be called again for marketing purposes, and I hope PNC takes that request seriously. This experience left me with a very negative impression of how PNC uses customer contact information and branch relationships for sales outreach.

  Absolutely great experience at this branch. Alex was very helpful, clear and straightforward. Been banking with PNC for a couple years and have had nothing but good experiences.

  This PNC bank on Shallowford Rd in Marietta GA has TERRIBLE Customer Service. On April 4th, 2024, We drove from Lexington KY to Marietta GA to get to this PNC bank because it was imperative for us to get two certified checks for that weekend. We had everything we needed to accomplish this goal such as an account numbers, ID and major credit card. My husband entered this bank and was immediately rejected by the greeter saying he needed to have a PNC credit card in order to withdraw from our acct. Unsettled by this statement, the next day we went to a PNC bank in Atlanta on Peachtree Street and received the two certified check with NO issues. I didn’t understand why this bank in Marietta didn’t find the time to even look into their computers to find the acct. I assume it was the end of the day and it would take time to issue these checks so we received the ultimate excuse. Lazy Customer Service! Do Not recommend going to this Bank especially on Friday late afternoon!

  PNC has the worst customer service from the large financial institutions. From overcharges to long wait times. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.

  Horrible, no service branch. Plasticky branch manager. Siri and Alexa could probably learn a lot from her. Just plain unfriendly.
