  Eka was wonderful. She helped with some very important things we were doing there. She made sure that we didn’t have to wait longer than we needed to. She was excellent.The entire staff was great! welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. My experience was excellent!

  Katia was an amazing help! However, the tall African lady (I’m black I’m not using her description to demean her) that stepped in and started going back and forth with me solidified my decision to close my account with PNC. Disgusting attitude with no customer service skills. She had no interest in helping me. Very disappointed!

  Miss EKA..... I had to take the time to shout this amazing lady out. For helping me and going over and beyond her job. It was late, and she didn't have to help me. She could have said, no we are closed an turned her back on me. But she did not. I had customer service on the phone and both ladies made it a point to help me. I thought I was about to be out of luck, because my card was locked in the machine and I had cash on hand to rent a car. But everyone knows, you rent with a card. But I did have my id. Thank God. Because she helped make me a new card. Even went to the machine with me, to make sure the card worked before I left. I am sooo humbled and grateful for this amazing woman. Every time I come to this particular bank, I'm met with amazing service. Don't understand any bad review on this place, because my daughter an I both bank here. An even she says. The service is always phenomenal as I have experienced....Thank you and please keep up the amazing service and spreading joy 😊. Thank you again ...

  The worst branch in PNCs footprint. I sat in my car on the phone while the nosey teller at the drive thru calls the police to waste the police officers time and reported I was taking pictures. I was not taking pictures first of all and even if I was it isn't against the law. So they wasted the police officers time instead of doing their job. Every one in this branch that was working that Saturday should be fired. I have been inside this branch before and the women behind the counter have no life or conversation. Obviously they could not work anywhere else. Avoid this branch.
