I should have made the switch to this bank much sooner. I have been hesitant because I’ve been with Bank of America for 22 years now. I’ve also got a few accounts at Wells Fargo that are not very active. With the exception of the one account that had direct deposit at BOA, they all charge monthly service fees. Pinnacle is totally free. But that’s not the only reason I am pleased. I get very good customer service at my local branch, but also when I call them. I was pleasantly surprised when I called their main customer service line and did not have to go through any menu options to talk to someone. I did have to wait for about 8 minutes on hold but no AI computer trying to convince me that I could just get answers on the website like with the big banks. On top of all that, the app and website are really easy and full featured. I can send Zelle payments, transfer money, and even check my credit score. What really blew me away though was that my local branch prints the debit cards instantly. No waiting for them to come in the mail like the big banks. Perfect all around.
