    Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a bank. Double charge my monthly draft and can't get anybody to call me back or on the phone, besides a call center that can't tell me anything.

    Highly disappointed with the customer service since the merger. Still locked out of my accounts after holding for over an hour. The phone system just loops you around constantly, so you lose your place in line. It’s horrible. Will be changing banks immediately.
