  Highly disappointed with the customer service since the merger. Still locked out of my accounts after holding for over an hour. The phone system just loops you around constantly, so you lose your place in line. It’s horrible. Will be changing banks immediately.

  I had a seamless experience getting my mortgage through Morris. They were beyond helpful and I encountered zero issues during the actual process. However, since closing, I’ve been bombarded with 2–3 letters a week claiming there are 'time-sensitive issues' with my mortgage. While the finest of print at the bottom says they aren't from Morris, it’s clear my information was shared or sold. It’s misleading, infuriating, and creates unnecessary drama with our mail carrier also being my father in law. Great bank, but the third-party solicitation aftermath is an absolute downside.

  Alan Child’s is the best has helped me out many times. Such as personal loans an auto loans he’s great.
