    Went to the location on Jesse Jewell today. After waiting 7 minutes in the drive thru (only 1 other person in line) they wouldn’t make change for a $100 bill because I didn’t have an account with them! How unfriendly of them. Turned around & went to my bank (United Community). I was helped within 1 minute even though there were 4 people in the drive through. I wasn’t even asked for my account number. So glad South State is not my bank.

    If you want a bank that you can actually talk to a human being on the phone with when you have a problem or a question don’t bother to open an account at this one I don’t think humans work there. I had a question called 10 times and no one answered the phone. I would give it zero stars if I could
