The Southern Credit Union is a federally insured, not-for-profit financial cooperative founded in 1963. The Southern is member-owned and governed by a member-elected board of directors. Originally founded by FAA employees for the FAA, we now serve individuals, living or working in Butts, Carrol, Clayton, Coweta, Fayette, Fulton, Henry, Lamar, Meriwether, Pike, Spalding, Troup, and Upson counties, and their families. The Southern has eight public access branches and three employer sponsored/employee only locations.
