Ms. Deann was amazingly patient with me. She was kind, friendly, understanding and professional. Other banks should use this as a model for customer service. Because it is the best ! Wouldn’t depositing a check that could be fraudulent be more risky than cash. I’ve banked with them since 2006 and this bank has went down the drain. Can’t wait to close all my accounts with them.
