  I had some issues with my account that I've been trying to get straightened out for a week. I called and spoke with a lady today and tried to explain everything that's happened and I explained what I was confused about. I didn't get anywhere with the call. She had to put me on hold several times to ask another employee about the issues, then she would come back to me and attempt to explain what the other employee said. I think instead of the 1st employee being a go between, the other employee should have picked up my call. By the time that call was over I was flustered, frustrated, with no answers, only more confusion and I was ready to leave ozk all together. But, last Friday I had talked to an employee named Cade about my problems at the drive thru and he said he would get back with me on Monday. Well Cade called about 20 minutes after I had talked to the other people, he didn't know anything about what had just happened, he was simply keeping his word and called me. So I explained all of my issues and confusion to him and guess what?? He explained every issue I was having in a way that took all my confusion away. He explained what I needed to do and what he could do to resolve all issues. And he was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. By the time I hung up with him my frustration was gone and I decided to stay with OZK. If you ever stop in to OZK on Industrial and he's avaliable to assist you, he's absolutely wonderful. Bank OZK, I hope all of your employees are trained the way Cade is. He absolutely turned my whole day around and I'm so very grateful!

  Tellers not very friendly. Branch manager however was very nice. 2 stars for the lack of a ‘hello, welcome to the bank of ozk’ . Set a negative tone. A simple greeting goes along way.
