I had an amazing experience at PNC thanks to Siovahn and the young man who greeted me when I walked in. From the moment I entered the branch, everyone was welcoming, professional, and eager to help. Siovahn was especially personable, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. I had previously gone to another PNC location for the same service and had such a poor experience that I left upset and was honestly considering changing banks after being a loyal customer for 15 years. Siovahn completely changed that for me and reminded me why I’ve stayed with PNC for so long. Excellent customer service truly makes all the difference. Thank you again for such a positive experience!
