- SBS B4 days ago1.0Rafael Nobre, the manager has ignored 6 emails of me trying to get an update on an issue!!! I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism! All I ask is for simple communication, such as a response, and this manager has just ignored me. I will be closing my account and going back to Wells Fargo who care more about their customers. This has been an awful experience! And no need to try and call me back now, it shouldn’t take. Review to get a response after 6 emails!!!!! And yes, the email is correct as he responded on it prior at one point.

From the moment I entered the branch, everyone was welcoming, professional, and eager to help. Siovahn was especially personable, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. I had previously gone to another PNC location for the same service and had such a poor experience that I left upset and was honestly considering changing banks after being a loyal customer for 15 years. Siovahn completely changed that for me and reminded me why I’ve stayed with PNC for so long. Excellent customer service truly makes all the difference. Thank you again for such a positive experience!
