  Worst bank..You cant ever talk with someone on the phone about something going on with your account. You sit on hold for 8 mins then it asks you to leave a message. So then you have to call back and try to get someone on the phone. Worst merger for banks, nothing but issues since Vallant took over!

  I was banking with farmers and merchants bank way before Morris bank came into the picture. I really have no complaints against the bank Itself. Most of the employees are very courteous and helpful. It's just a few of the people in upper management. I called and asked to speak with the ceo (Spence Mullis). Got his voice mail and left him a message and my number. He wasn't even man enough to call me back. I agree with some other people, it's all about who you know.
