  The Douglasville PNC Team Rocks🥰 There is always someone ready to assist and they open the doors. Greeted with smiles and welcoming spirit makes me feel at home. Jasmine Codrington takes good care of my transactions she takes time to listen and shares the latest updates on my account or other products that can benefit me. She rocks… Althea Newell Morrison handles me with care and her personality makes me happy. She waits patiently for me to make my decisions and helps me with my banking needs. A great place to be. Tammie Bignardi is back and she has the pack running together like an oiled machine. She has a welcoming and supportive aura about her.   Let me just tell you about how great my bank is. Top notch service from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Greeted with a cold water in the middle of a hot Georgia afternoon, and then there was the teller (Jasmine, I believe). She was the sweetest, most helpful teller. She deserves a raise! Love this branch!

  I don't understand why if someone sends you a payment, and just because your account hasn't really had a large amount in it with this bank then somehow they want to do a return payment. Someone that I know wants to be a blessing to me and start sending some financew to help me and all because it's a large amount pnc has a problem with that, and the money is in the account that was sent to me. Someone at the bank was insulting to me a day ago asking me why someone sent me the amount of funds and what it was for, and when pnc was told that it was someone helping me financially then they took it a whole different route, WHY SHOULD SOMEONE NEED TO EXPLAIN TO Y'ALL ABOUT THEIR MONEY, WHO SENT IT AND WHAT IT WAS FOR, THE FUNDS ARE FOR ME AND MY DAUGHTER AND THE FUNDS WERE GIVEN TO US BY SOMEONE THAT WE KNOW AND HAS OFFERED TO HELP US FINANCIALLY AND I SEEN NO HARM IN SOMEONE THAT WE KNOW THAT IS OFFERING FUNDS TO HELP, SO I GUESS THAT ME BANKING WITH PNC IS ABOUT TO BE DONE BECAUSE I NEED A RELIABLE BANK THAT'S NOT GOING TO CANCEL MONEY THAT WAS ACTUALLY SENT BUT ALL BECAUSE PNC HAS SAID THAT SINCE MT ACCOUNT HADN'T REALLY BEEN HAVING ALOT OF MONEY , THEN ITS A PROBLEM FOR THEM BUT ANYONE FINANCIAL STATUS CAN CHANGE AT ANY POINT IN THEIR LIFE AND OBVIOUSLY IT'S A PROBLEM FOR ME IF I CAN'T HAVE A BIG AMOUNT WITHOUT PNC QUESTIONING ME ABOUT MY MONEY, WHERE, WHO , AND HOW DID I GET IT, AND WHAT IS IT FOR, ITS MONEY THAT COME FROM AN HONEST HARD WORKING INDIVIDUAL, I WILL BE LOOKING INTO BANKING ELSEWHERE , BECAUSE IT DOESN'T MATTER IF I HAVE HAD LITTLE MONEY FOR A WHILE, PNC YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN SOMEONE WILL BE A BLESSING TO YOU, AND THATS JUST ALL THIS PERSON HAS DONE IS BE A BLESSING
