  I am reviewing on behalf of my parents who always have the best support and information given when they enter the Hospital Dr. branch of OZK. My Dad (James Wilson) is SO supported during his visits, most recently by banker Haley. I feel confident having my parents in a safe environment that is so caring for their needs.

  My choice for banking in Douglasville is at Bank OZK on Hospital Dr with Adham. Adham provides great customer service and always fulfills my banking and investment needs. I also appreciate his concern for me as a person. He seems to care as much about my well being as he does my finances. Go see Adham for any and all of your banking needs.

  I highly recommend the Bank OZK Hospital Drive, Douglasville branch. Adham sets the bar high as he consistently provides outstanding customer service. I am convinced through my personal dealings with Adham that he truly cares about my investments and accounts and seeks to assist me in making the best decisions for my money. Adham is highly knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to ensure full customer satisfaction. He always has time to advise and assist with whatever my banking needs may be.   This bank has offered the highest interest rates on CD's available anywhere in Georgia for a few years now. The staff are all professionals and willing to help. It's a small, peaceful bank with a big heart. Haley is the professional who usually assists me and is always ready with a smile and gets the job done.

  Went to this bank to open up a business bank account. When I walked into the ladies office, I said hello and she never greeted me back. She then told me that we needed something from the Secretary of State in order to open a business account, which I had never heard before. We left that bank and went to Suntrust and opened an account with no issues. Sure, I didn't want to pay for monthly service fees but it's worth it when good customer service comes along with it.
