I got in quick and did not feel like just a number or that they only cared about getting quick business which is missing in other banks. One of the best banking experiences in awhile. - DWDoc WhoJan 2, 20251.0I have been with this bank, though 3 name changes. I do not use the branch on hospital dr due to them being slower than cold Malaysia. Today, 1/2/25 only had one teller in the building, and the manager could not be bothered to get on a lane to get people out of the building. Hopefully, this is not the new normal at this branch. I've been on site for 30 minutes. Normally it at most 5 for me to walk in even if they have one to two people ahead of me.
