While I have not had any issues banking with PNC overall, this location is a consistent disappointment. Their customer service is consistently lacking. I had an appointment today at 9:30am with Bernel, by 9:40am I had not been acknowledged so I left. If Bernel was running behind the least he could’ve done was acknowledge that and give me a heads up. This is the third time customer service at this branch disappoints me. It feels disrespectful to waste someone’s time, particularly on a work and weekday. Overall, I have no overarching issues with PNC, however, I’d never recommend this branch for banking needs.

Visited this branch and was greeted by Yasiah J. He was welcoming and knowledgeable of what I needed. I just moved from Ohio to Atlanta and he was the first one since moving here to give me excellent customer service. I am going to send en email to corporate to let them know. I watched him handle a difficult customer with poise and kindness. He was so professional. I hope he does not leave this branch he was the only one there that looked professional and cared. The females in there were in the corner discussing man problems and left him with a line. I will be back to this branch. Thank you PNC!!
