Today I tried to do so. An employee named "Kelly" was quite rude over my request to make an appointment as I was instructed to do by the branch. Telling me I can not make an appointment and I just have to try my luck and hope there's a loan officer on location when I go in. Completely unprofessional interaction very disappointed with this situation and how the employee handled it and spoke to me.
