- NMNitin MeghaniSep 23, 20263.0I bank with this branch almost every day, but the wait times have recently become much longer due to employee training. I understand training is necessary, but regular customers shouldn’t have to spend so much time waiting. It would be much better to have a separate counter for routine transactions so regular customers can be served quickly. Customers’ time is valuable.

Anyssa, Donna, and Sharonda were all very welcoming, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. Anyssa is currently in training, and she is doing a great job. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. Donna and Sharonda were also extremely helpful and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. It is not every day you walk into a bank and receive this level of customer service. The entire team made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism, and positive attitude. Thank you, Anyssa, Donna, and Sharonda, for making my visit such a great experience. I highly recommend this PNC branch!

They will take care of you if your local but many times their hands are tied by corporate policy. If you mainly deal with local people you will be great if not might want to think again about banking here
