They will take care of you if your local but many times their hands are tied by corporate policy. If you mainly deal with local people you will be great if not might want to think again about banking here

I have had to speak to the online banking support many times. They are so bad, they can't explain why things happened and even hang up on me because they don't know what to say. Horrible customer service and support.
