  I went to this branch to withdraw a large sum of money needed for a transaction same day. Unknowingly, I did not have the most updated information for my drivers license and I do not use a debit card for PNC, so the branch team didn't at first see a way to help me, suggesting my wife, who was working one hour away, come make the withdrawal. She simply was not available to do that, but through discussion with Max "Teller", Theresa McCoy and Nick Lakhani they calmly and methodically worked through a resolution that they could approve and I received my cashiers check. Most impressively, they remained calm, polite and genuinely trying to find a solution rather than simply sending me away to update all the info I rightfully needed to do. It's nice to see that a manager took action and came up with an equally safe way of getting the confirmation they absolutely needed to provide me the time bound service I required. Thank you PNC team, and if anyone is contemplating using this branch, I recommend you do if you want forward thinking real people rather than soulless, cow eyed robots living from a rigid playbook.

  service is extremely slow and they are severely short staff. Should not take 30 mins to make a deposit everyone i come in. At least when I walked in the same guy finally walked in from the back to assist one other client but… service is slow

  I had an excellent experience opening a business account at PNC Bank. Nick Lakhani the Branch manager and Theresa provided top-shelf customer service from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of my questions and ensured everything was set up correctly for my business. It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares about helping customers succeed, but Nick and Theresa went above and beyond. I highly recommend this branch to any business owner looking for exceptional banking service. Thank you both for making this such a great experience!
