  This ozk branch is so nice! I just moved to the area and Tyler helped me with so much paperwork and everything. Everyone was very professional and I appreciate having a great bank to come to!

  Tyler F is the most professional and courteous client service specialist I have encountered in many years! Each and every time I have visited the Branch I have received the same friendly service with a smile! Bank OZK is my favorite bank because of Tyler.

  I am writing to share the outstanding experience I had at your Cumming/ Market Place Blvd location. It is rare to find individuals who genuinely care about customer satisfaction, but Gabriela Ramirez Navas went completely above and beyond. I was experiencing an issue with the newly installed software platform without success and becoming very frustrated. Instead of passing me off to someone else, Gabriela stepped in and called the IT Dept.. multiply times to rectify this obstacle. Employees like Gabriela are a massive asset to your organization. Because of this experience, I will happily continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you for your time and for employing such stellar staff. Mark Dibling

  So this particular morning I realize where I was driving home to make breakfast and my brain said “quick stop” 😂 which we all know is usually never quick. BUT this stop today was purposeful ❤️💪🏾❤️ My son was depositing money into his savings account that he had for a few months now and I decided to open one for myself. The amazing thing about this visit for THIS LOCATION was definitely the smiles, customer service and deep care for my needs and my sons. Tyler the service specialist gave my son a quick lesson on the types of deposit slips and needs. Something I should have caught but remember I had not eating my breakfast just yet lol. Then another person, her name was Mackenzie completely made my entire energy go from not feeling too well to this is the best “Tuesday Ever”! She helped me open up a savings account for myself and gave me amazing tips for me and my son future. We even shared an alignment story that let me know for sure I made a great decision stopping there. Bank OZK is the bank you not jus want to have or have a relationship with, it’s the Only bank I know that truly cares about there customers in real time, TRUST❤️ Aiden said: “Mackenzie thank you for the football” 🏈 🙂
