- BBBretMay 5, 20261.0Takes a week to deposit a check. Went to the branch in the town I work in to discuss the situation and they said they couldn't help me and had to go to another town 30 minutes away. Called that branch and they said they couldn't help and I had to talk to the other branch in that town! Called that manager. They said they could help and would work on it and the (the manager would call us back) AND NOTHING. Called and left 2 messages and still nothing. Its been 3 business days. From cleveland ga to cornelia ga this bank is a joke. Zero stars if I could. Glad my money is "holding" (sarcasm)
