  I originally came to this location just to cash a check, but thanks to Kaitlyn, I walked out as a new member! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything, made the entire process easy, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Not only did I cash my check, but I also opened a checking account. I’ll definitely be back to open a savings account and teen accounts as well. Being able to leave with my debit card the very same day was the icing on the cake! Kaitlyn and her coworker provided outstanding customer service. They were friendly, professional, and made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent banking service. I’ll definitely be telling my family and friends about them. 10/10—highly recommend!

  Kaitlyn was a ton of help. I went in with one plan and after she showed me other savings options. I was much more pleased with her options than what I was gonna do with my plan. Very pleased with bank of Ozark's, they have the highest savings rates I have found. I do want to mention Blair as well, She has helped me in the past with other CDs (at the previous location) and has also been a great help. Highly recommend this bank.
