Second don’t have any fraud related issues they will not do anything to protect their customers third don’t even think about trying to cash a government check as they will hold it 7 business days even though it takes a few minutes for them to use the very system every single bank uses to verify funds specifically from a government check. Terrible attitudes very lazy never again. There is absolutely zero excuses as to unprofessional conduct or the straight laziness. I closed my account everyone else reading this should consider doing the very same thing

He has helped me and guided me in the right direction when life pointed me on a different path. Nathan understood my loss and helped me through those scary financial decisions. He always greets me when I come into the branch and will listen to my needs and show me what is available. Then, he will show me all options and explains it all in detail. Very thorough, easy to understand and answers all my questions. You could not find a better banking experience than at OZK.
