- MGmelvin garmonFeb 15, 20241.0Horrible customer service. No one will help you. Excuses for everything and it seems systems are always down. This is my 3rd day since I opened my account. Can't get a debit card, can't get any answers. The branch manager doesn't help. Seems to have less knowledge than the employees. He is no help whatsoever! He is good at apologizing and that is all. I'm going to close my account after 3 days of opening it. I will go with a more reputable bank, where they treat you like a customer and want your business. I don't see how this location is still open.
- JKJames KernApr 29, 20221.0Always rude tellers in the drive thru. If you say “hi, how are you?”, you would assume they would be polite enough to answer back. Besides this, definitely the slowest bank I have ever used. I do not recommend this location.
