- RTRonnie Lee (Retired GA State Trooper)Sep 3, 20261.0On September 1, 2026 I was STRUCK by a CAR at 50 mph and lost my Driver’s License & Bank OZK Debit Card (1). Next date my wife carried to Bank OZK on Maple Street and a Bank OZK employee replaced my lost Debit Card for my Main account, but I have 2 accounts with a Debit Card for both of which the Debit Card for the 2nd account was at my home. Upon attempting to use that card I discovered the OZK employee turned that card off after I specifically said “DO NOT TURN THAT CARD OFF”. The next date I attempted 3 times to CALL the branch I had card replaced to no avail for Bank OZK does NOT want or care to verbally speak to help their customers. They have every phone number assigned to their AUTOMATED system so all of the employees can sit back and never answer a phone PERIOD. I have experienced nothing but problems with Bank OZK since the first month of years using them. That’s okay!! Bank OZK is evidently unaware people can change the Bank they use. I chose South State Bank and have already established an account and now I’m working to have my monthly check placed into my new Bank for future use. I’m sorry, but everything I have said in this Review is 100% true.
