  An online vendor mismanaged my purchase with an overcharge, then an attempt at a correction, then an error with a try at a refund. All without informing me!! So when I received a text from Bank OZK about suspected fraud, I had no clue what was going on. Thank you to Taylor who helped me understand what had happened and issued me a new debit card. She was wonderful...and funny!! It was nice to laugh after the confusion. I appreciate Bank OZK looking out for me!

  Each and every time that I call this branch, the people are very friendly and helpful.And if there is something that they are not sure of themselves.They will search until they find an answer. I highly recommend this branch to anyone. When you visit this branch in person, everyone.Welcomes you with a smile.

  I love to bank at my OZK in Buchanan. I have been banking with them since the 80's and they are the most wonderful people! They go out of their way to help with any problem i have. They are like family to me. I love them all!

  I've been doing business with Bank OZK Buchanan for a very long time! I'm always greeted with a smile and a friendly, meaningful "Can I help you"! Everyone goes above and beyond! Plus being in a small town community it just like family!! Never a long wait!!
