  The bank is very difficult to deal with. I have 3 different banks. One is sofi. I wanted to transfer 50,000 into high interest saving. Pinnacle not only takes weeks to deposit large sum, once from carva 16,000.00 for my jeep then 49,000.00. Pinnacle is the only bank that will take weeks to confirm. Then they have a limit for transfers 10,000 daily and 20,000 max for 30 days. Not sure why they think they can keep people's money and give small sums like im some child. 🤔.

  Customer service at the desk had no attention to detail on wires on account numbers and wire was returned because representative put an extra digit in my account number even though she was given a written document to copy from. Therefore , IRA contribution did not get applied or deposited which cost me a tax ramification. Representatives need to slow down and pay attention to detail and not try to push customers away when asking questions. The experience was rushed and that is why she made a mistake. It’s important to follow up as a bank rep to make sure for the customer the wire went thru etc . This is in the Braselton location .

  I absolutely love this branch and bank! The employees are always incredibly nice and helpful.
