  The teller staff is generally friendly and given the small town nature of the branch it's tough to give this review. The place is usually empty and they have a little mini-coffee bar, so it's got all the trappings of a good small town bank. However, I have had a very small non-profit checking account here on their "FREE" checking. However, if you go 12 months without a transaction they will begin to debit your account $5 a month. While that's shameful enough it's not what caused me to write this review. I called to inquire about this silly policy and found that the 800 number has no authority to change or cater to customers, it comes down to the branch manager. When I reached out to the branch manager I'm told she's in a conference room with a chuckle. To date I've never received a phone call with a "I'm sorry but it's policy" cop out answer or any return phone call. Because it's "only" $5 I figure that's what it's worth to them.
