  I've never had a problem with Pinnacle Bank they help me with all my accounts. Professional and friendly. Especially Donna at the Bowman bank.

  I don’t know what Joe’s problem is but everytime I go I’ve been helped almost immediately and never had an issue 🤷🏻‍♂️

  Pinnacle of poor customer service. Rude and incompetent call center staffers . They make every effort to ensure you are unhappy .I will be closing my account of over 15 years due to the unnecessary obstacles.
