  I'm actually waiting for my Banking with Northeast Georgia Bank to show so I can comment on how they are better & faster with their customers than Vallant that had the name Pinnacle Bank for the 20 Years I've been with Pinnacle. Both free checking but Pinnacle/Vallant takes 5 times as long to cash a simple check than Northeast Georgia Bank. I've been with Northeast Georgia Bank for I think two Years but the very first week cashing a check at Northeast Georgia Bank they remember who I am. Pretty ladies too🪄

  I don’t know what Joe’s problem is but everytime I go I’ve been helped almost immediately and never had an issue 🤷🏻‍♂️

  Pinnacle of poor customer service. Rude and incompetent call center staffers . They make every effort to ensure you are unhappy .I will be closing my account of over 15 years due to the unnecessary obstacles.
